Region 4: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley Counties

Dear Provider,

The Indiana Department of Child Services has provided SCAN, Inc. dollars to be used for local child abuse prevention services. The Region 4 Regional Service Council has selected program priorities for these services. There are service standards for each of the priorities. The priorities selected are Abuse-Neglect Prevent Due to DV, After School Program, Community Education Programs, Host Homes, Out of School Programs, Parenting Education, Role Modeling Programs, and Teen Court. We will only be contracting for services that meet these priorities and service standards.

This is a contract with SCAN, Inc. It is not a contract with the state. You will need to abide by all requirements of SCAN, Inc.

We are not funding start-up services, so please use this for services that have been in place for at least 12 months as of July 01, 2011.
